We provide a therapy experience that leaves you feeling heard, challenged, and motivated. Our therapists are passionate about the mental health field and either are or becoming experts in their areas of specialty. Individual therapy sessions are 60 minutes long and usually take place one-on-one with your therapist either in person or via telehealth within the state of Ohio. If it feels helpful, and you and your therapist agree, important people in your life may be invited to join a session to support your progress.
